1.2 Delivery of Digital Products & Services

  • Instant Access: For recorded masterclasses, e-books, and digital templates, delivery is considered fulfilled immediately upon successful payment. You will receive an email containing the download links or access credentials to the purchased content.
  • Subscriptions: Access links and community joining details for The Actors Learn Club will be emailed to You immediately upon successful annual subscription payment.
  • Custom Audits: Delivery of the final digital Actor Audit Report will be completed and sent to Your registered email address within the specific timeframe communicated to You upon Your successful submission of the required intake form and video materials.

1.3 Delivery of Physical Goods

  • Handling Time: It usually takes 3 (three) days to process and dispatch the physical products once the order is placed with us.
  • Time for Shipping: Delivery time depends on the product ordered and the location of delivery. Shipping typically takes 7 to 10 business days depending on the location. The delivery time is indicative and can vary due to external factors.
  • International Shipping: Currently, We do not deliver physical goods to locations outside India.
  • Wrong or Incomplete Address: You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by You to us is true, complete, and accurate. If You want to change the shipping address, you need to inform us at shop@shrutidutt.com within 12 (twelve) hours after placing the order.

We shall not be considered in breach of guarantee or terms of service and shall not be liable to the Customer for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason beyond Our control including natural disasters, pandemics, fire, an act of God, breakdown of network access, or similar event beyond our reasonable control.
