Cancellation and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at shrutidutt.com. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products or services that You purchased with Us.

1.1 Interpretation and Definitions

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to https://shrutidutt.com/
• Goods/Services refer to the physical items, digital downloads, live workshops, consulting services (audits), and subscriptions offered for sale on the Website.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods or Services from Us.
• Website refers to https://shrutidutt.com/
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

1.2 Conditions for Returns and Refunds (Digital Products & Services)

Due to the immediate consumable nature of digital products and the manual labor involved in our consulting services, the following strict conditions apply to all digital Goods and Services:

• Recorded Masterclasses & Digital Downloads: All sales of digital products (including but not limited to e-books, PDF guides, checklists, and recorded video masterclasses) are final. We maintain a strict no-refund, no-return, and no-cancellation policy once the purchase is complete and access has been granted.
• Live Workshops (e.g., Audition Blueprint Live): All purchases for live virtual workshops are final and non-refundable. If You have paid for a workshop but are unable to attend the scheduled live session, You may request a video recording of the session, or You may request to be transferred to the next available workshop cohort. No monetary refunds will be issued for missed live sessions.
• The Actor Audit Report: The Actor Audit Report is a highly customized, manual consulting service. Once You have placed the Order and submitted Your required intake form and video assets, the fee is 100% non-refundable.
• The Actors Learn Club (Subscription): The Actors Learn Club is offered exclusively as a one-time annual subscription (₹2388/year). Once purchased, this grants You access to the club for 12 full months. We do not offer premature cancellations or prorated refunds. You may choose not to renew Your subscription at the end of the billing year, but no refunds will be issued for unused time, failure to utilize the provided resources, or inactivity during Your active year.

1.3 Conditions for Returns (Physical Goods)

We do not accept returns for physical books purchased from www.shrutidutt.com unless received in a damaged condition, which would include a damaged cover or torn pages. For the Goods to be eligible for a return/replacement, please make sure that:

• You notify Us via email with image and video proof of the damage within 48 hours of successful delivery.
• The Goods are in their original condition and have not been used.
• Books once delivered in good condition cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

1.4 Returning Physical Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
